My background in fitness began with a six-year career as a British soldier. After leaving the Army in 2012, I moved from the U.K. to settle with my wife in Saskatchewan. There, I transitioned into Personal Training and instructing group fitness through my own small business. Eventually I could brave the harsh winters of Saskatchewan no longer and made the long drive out to B.C., ultimately discovering Orangetheory Fitness. In the summer I enjoy Obstacle Racing and being active outdoors, and OTF allows me to stay functionally fit year round. The workout is perfect for all-round development and hits all of the key areas that I promote in fitness. It has produced some of the fastest results, both physically and mentally, that I have ever seen in my clientele.
My background is special needs education, fluency in American Sign Language and a BCRPA certified trainer. I also have an extensive background in coaching high level lacrosse and soccer. I also have played at high levels for soccer and lacrosse. I've represented England at multiple lacrosse world cups. I love sports, hiking, disc golf and camping. The thing I love about the O.T.F workouts is the cardio side of things. It has helped me be competitive with the youngsters in my sports. I also enjoy all the people I have met here and enjoy the family atmosphere.
