Each of our workouts is just one hour long, but they’re designed to keep you burning calories for up to 36 hours. That’s made possible through heart-rate-based interval training and the science of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption. You can burn up to 1,000 calories during the session, which will challenge you across three unique areas that feature 12 distinct stations and workout machines.
We provide the energy of a group workout as well as the precision and individualization of a personal coach. Each class is coordinated by an enthusiastic trainer who’ll tap into what makes you unique. Your trainer will guide, motivate, and challenge you as needed. Your coach will also modify exercises so that they’re appropriate for your current fitness level.

My name is Katie, I am 24 years and am obsessed with anything to do with fitness! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through BCRPA and completed my schooling at Hilltop Academy. While attending, I also graduated with a diploma in Fitness Leadership. I have been weight training for over 5 years and have been doing crossfit for the past three and that is where my love for group fitness happened! I love the idea of a community completing a work out together side by side, pumping each other up and then finishing stronger together. Before I completed my Personal Training course, I attended Douglas College and graduated with a diploma in Early Childhood Education.. fast forward 2 years and now here I am still teaching, but just in a different way!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
